Andrea, the co-founder of our boutique and event space, always held a dream close to her heart. She envisioned a home decor boutique that not only offered a delightful selection of decor but also served the finest coffee and baked goods. However, life took her on a different path for over 20 years as she pursued a successful career in broadcast captioning.

In 2016, she embarked on a new adventure by establishing her own design business. Throughout the years, she continued to host and cook for a myriad of large gatherings, from festive Thanksgivings to heartwarming team dinners, joyful showers, a resilient prom during the challenges of Covid, a magical wedding reception, and countless family and class reunions.

Andrea's dream never dimmed. A few years ago, the spark was reignited. The idea to purchase vacant land next to their home and build a modern barn to house her home decor business and host intimate weddings began to take shape. While the vacant land idea encountered obstacles, Andrea and her husband, Craig, embarked on a quest that eventually led them to the Wheatfield Inn.

The Wheatfield Inn presented them with a unique opportunity, albeit one that seemed overwhelming due to the updates required. However, the untapped potential of the inn worked like a magnet, drawing them in and instantly capturing their hearts.
